Treatment of Personal Information

Informative (articles 10 and 13 of law n.675 of 31 December 1996 on the protection of privacy)

All personal information collected will be used by CNA to improve operations relative to the Tuttostampi Portal, to send commercial information and material for publicity, to promote materials and services relative to the moulding sector, to divulge information relative to the sector and for the organization of relative encounters.
This treatment, carried out with the use of informatic and telematic instruments, is done with respect of and in the conditions of the principles of article 9 of law 675/96.
For article 13 of law 675/96 it is always possible to oppose the treatment in object and order the owner to cancel or modify data free of charge.
The personal information treated by us will not be passed on or communicated to third parties.
