1. What happens when a product is ordered through "Tuttostampi"?
When you purchase something on Tuttostampi, our database sends the orders of the single items directly to their respective suppliers, providing at the same time users with a note of their order. The suppliers receive your order in real time (some minutes) and deal with it by the three working-days following the one of reception. If they are not able to send you the material within such limit, they will contact you immediately (using the details you submitted together with your order), to sort out all problems regarding times and modalities of Delivery.

In any case, the management of the order and all eventual problems (e.g. stocks availability), material preparation, shipment and delivery are totally in charge of the Supplier.

Otherwise it may be that your Hardware doesn't support advanced settings. In case of doubt ask your technical support.
4. What is the best browser to use "Tuttostampi"?
The site is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 (or later versions), but there should be no problem in using Netscape 4 or later versions as well. Earlier versions of the browser, in particular earlier than version 4 of both, could create problems.
